FIERCE LOVE and ART

A Documentary Film

Our film invites you into the lives of truly remarkable families. Share these amazing stories that reveal what actually happens in the lives of children with autism -- when their parents fiercely took charge of their children’s development.

My child has autism?  What now?

Welcome to the complex, demanding, frustrating, disappointing, yet at times, amazing world for children with autism... Have you ever wondered about what goes through the hearts of parents whose beautiful, young child is not speaking, has no eye contact, is spinning loose objects or banging their head on the floor, while all the time screaming at high pitch, in obvious pain, and sleeping only a few hours each night?  What are the dashed dreams that parents had for this child?  Especially when autism is finally diagnosed and parents hear from their doctor these terrible words,  "We don't know the cause, but we know that there is no cure."

Can we HEAL the process?

Sometimes, for help and understanding, parents turn to other parents.   And some of those parents have on their own found remarkable approaches in order to cope and to thrive.

These approaches, some through art, music or poetry, can make a huge difference in the lives of children with autism.   And their parents and grandparents.

We explore these approaches in our film “FIERCE LOVE and ART.”

We need your help to tell these remarkable stories in our film. Our subjects are all across the Unites States and some live abroad. Although we are a small filmmaking unit that works quickly and efficiently, we need financial assistance for production expenses. We will have this notable film finished by May 2018, if you will help us.

For your contribution, we offer you on-screen credit as one of our producers as well as a DVD of our film. More importantly, we want you to be an essential part of our national campaign to make a huge difference in the lives of children with autism.
